Our Elmwood branch is one of Premier Taekwondos 7 branches in Manitoba. Premier Taekwondo was founded in 2004 and is valued and recognized amongst the taekwondo community all across Canada. All of our instructors are World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) certified and committed to both practicing and teaching the sport and lifestyle of taekwondo. Here at Premier Elmwood we strive to provide instruction and discipline while still staying all-inclusive, family friendly, and most importantly, fun!

Interested in learning more about Self - Defense? Taekwondo is a great start.
Mr. Daniels holds multiple belts in various styles of Marital Arts as well along with Miss Daniels are both trained self defense instructors.
We provide lessons for individuals and small groups seeking additional Self Defense instruction
Additional Self Defense lessons will provide you with techniques and real life scenarios that teaches you how to protect your self using practical methods from combined martial art forms that can be utilized effectively in various situations.

A dedicated father and daughter team who aim to bring the highest quality instruction to their students, regardless of ability, and who aim to ensure everyone achieves their personal best.
Miss Daniels and Mr. Daniels have been training in Taekwondo and for over 9 years. Both are certified coaches and Mr. Daniels a certified referee
Mr. Daniels and Ms. Daniels each currently hold 3rd Dan's respectively.
